Adventive IDEAS granted Solar Lighted Hummingbird Feeder patent by US Patent Office PRINCETON , New Jersey, USA – November 11, 2008 -- Adventive IDEAS LLC, a developer of lighting products, today announced it has been granted a patent by the US Patent and Trademark Office for its solar-powered lighted hummingbird feeder invention that is the basis for a new range of solar powered illuminated hummingbird feeders. Adventive IDEAS develops and markets innovative consumer electrical and electronic products with a focus on solar powered outdoor lighting via its direct import program. The patent number 7,448,347 is for an “Illuminated Hummingbird Feeder.” It protects Adventive IDEAS’s innovative new series of solar-powered lighted hummingbird feeders. This patent application is the most recent addition to the company’s expanding portfolio of intellectual property, which currently includes 9 issued US patents and 9 pending US patent applications. A further continuation patent application for this invention is still pending.
